PhCR for HPLC post column photochemical reaction which is easy to setup and operate The PhCR is separately by a top cover with Lamp and the PTFE reaction coil which fixed on bottom case. PTFE reaction coil can change to different specification according to different purpose. The both sides each has one 3mm diameter hole that let PTFE reaction coil connect with HPLC column and the fluorescence detector.

PhCR connect with HPLC post column suggest method
The PhCR will inbox two of Valco connect parts in our basic package, one of Internal union PEEK body only and two of One-Piece Fitting, the photo as follow,

Owing to the PhCR regularly will take out when not to analysis Mycotoxin in HPLC system, therefore want to extend PTFE tubing life we suggest customer use Internal Union to connect HPLC Column flow out way side (the customer need prepare a column connect tube to connect HPLC Column and Union) , and two of One-Piece Fitting fix in UVCR Box PTFE tubing, one side to fix in Internal Union (this side keep fix in union) and one side to connect Fluorescein Detector (no pressure side don't need too tight), generally the high pressure be cause in HPLC Column flow out side and Union connect side, PEEK is resist high pressure plastic material, the point is too tight in HPLC PEEK tubing be not reduce diameter to cause obstruction, but if too tight in UVCR Box PTFE tubing be reduce diameter to cause obstruction, therefore PhCR reaction PTFE tubing keep same flow way will extend tubing life.
